Is YouTube the future of learning about your home and auto insurance?

By November 9, 2021Insurance

YouTube could be a tool to help you learn about your home and auto insurance.  Many people purchase insurance to fulfill a need.  At the time, people may need insurance to purchase a home, get a new car, or secure a loan.  For a lot of people what the insurance coverages are and what they mean may not be the most important thing going on for them at the time.  After the process is complete, they may not want to look like they do not understand their policy or coverages.  For these people calling us and asking for help might not be beneficial.

Where can I go to find out policy info?

We think we can be of help to these insureds.  Recently we started a YouTube channel.  You can access it here.  On YouTube you can currently find information on terms that appear on your auto insurance.  So far, we have touched base on tort, bodily injury, property damage and first party benefits.  Each video is about 1:30 to 2:30 minutes in length.  In the future we will be discussing other auto insurance topics as well as home insurance.  Eventually we will discuss parts of business insurance as well.  Finally, stay tuned around the holidays for some holiday related content.  In other words we hope to be able to service our clients as a one stop shop for info.

What if I want more info on my home and auto insurance?

In addition to our YouTube channel, we are on other social media sites as well.  Currently we are active on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and this blog.  After reading and watching give us a call at 412-344-2800 or check out our client center.  We can help you apply what you have watched to your current policy.  In conclusion we want to be a resource for all our clients to help them better understand their coverages.  We also are here for all your friends and family as well.  You can have your friends and family call us or reach out via our client center, just be sure to tell them to let us know who sent them.  We hope that we can use YouTube to help you understand your home and auto insurance.
