Keeping a full belly and drinking water will keep you hydrated and help keep the effects of the day away. If you are hosting a party at home do a safety check before guests arrive. This could keep you from having someone get hurt. Keep an eye out for you guest if they have been drinking. Someone leaving your party intoxicated could come back on you.
